Question: I found women's clothing in my 12-year-old son's room. They appear to be from a sister of one of his friends. Should I be worried about this? What actions should I take? |
|
Answer: I wouldn't take any action. For two 12-year-olds (your son and his friend), girls' clothing can offer many wonders. You don't want to get a bunch of sexual thinking taboos going, because you can't control that and shouldn't want to. If you have the right relationship with your son and you found the clothing during your regular routine, you could ask. In your description I hear nothing to worry about. I would have killed to be able to kick start my imagination at that age. If you're worried that the sister was in the room in the clothes at some point, of course, that's a different matter. |
